All through recorded history, there are accounts of entire nations/lands that were completely decimated … because of their self-pride, arrogance, greed, and desire to conquer others.
Over the past few decades, “conservative” Republicans have sought to change history .. to re-write history .. ban books, control the media, dictate what books are to be read, dictate what religion should be followed. Adolf did this very thing.

The Sadducees and Pharisees comprised the ruling class of Jews in Israel at the time of Jesus. They dictated how to worship.
Jesus disrupted their “status quo” of ruling and financially profiting from the people. They are the ones who wanted Jesus killed.
